RoZur stopped working after a Roblox update — what do I do?

Roblox changes its DOM frequently. Most of the time we ship a fix within 24 hours. Try these steps in order:

Refresh the Roblox tab (Ctrl + R / Cmd + R).
Go to chrome://extensions, find RoZur, click Reload.
If the issue persists, email us a screenshot.

I don't see the RoZur sidebar items on Roblox.

Make sure RoZur is enabled and has site access for roblox.com. Go to chrome://extensions → click RoZur's "Details" → Site access → "On all sites" or "On click".

Does RoZur work with Roblox Mobile or the desktop app?

No. RoZur is a Chrome extension and only enhances the Roblox website (roblox.com) in your browser.

I got banned from Roblox — was it because of RoZur?

RoZur does not exploit, inject Lua, modify game files, or do anything against Roblox ToS. It only enhances the web UI by reading Roblox's public APIs. That said, Roblox can change policy at any time — if you're worried, you can uninstall anytime and your Roblox account is unaffected.

How do I upgrade to Plus / Pro?

Open the RoZur popup, click the gear icon, then "Upgrade". Payment is via Gumroad. Your tier is unlocked automatically after payment by entering the license key you receive by email.

I lost my Plus / Pro license key.

Email us at support@rozur.xyz with the email you used at checkout. We'll resend the key.

How do I uninstall RoZur?

Go to chrome://extensions, find RoZur, click "Remove". All locally stored settings and caches are deleted. Your Roblox account is untouched.

Does RoZur collect my data?

No. RoZur runs 100% locally in your browser. No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, no outbound calls to RoZur servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The music player won't play my YouTube track.

YouTube allows video owners to disable embedding. If a video has embedding disabled, no extension can play it externally. Try a different track, or use the drag-and-drop MP3 player by dragging an audio file into the player.

When reporting a bug, please include:

Your browser and version (e.g., Chrome 132 on Windows 11).
RoZur version (visible in the popup footer).
The Roblox URL where the issue happened.
A screenshot if possible.
Console errors: press F12 → "Console" tab → copy any red text.
